Security and Market Safety Senior Lead Are you an outstanding professional in security and logistics? We are looking for a Security and Market Safety Senior Lead to join our complementary team in Mexico City. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and security of our multiple sites across Mexico. If you have a curiosity about asset protection, budget management, and implementing groundbreaking security technologies, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Be responsible for and lead the security of multiple sites in Mexico. Work in the field with teams and handle supervisors and security personnel. Supervise and be responsible for the status of assigned sites, including incidents and reports. Prepare incident reports, route analysis, and risk assessments. Coordinate with the security team for executive visits. Develop and implement security policies and procedures. Conduct regular security audits and inspections. Train and mentor security staff to ensure high performance and adherence to protocols. Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive security measures. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor's degree in a related field. Consistent record leading asset protection and logistics. Experience in basic budget management. Proficiency in English. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a team. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
