Report to Top Management any trends or issues which may affect the health of the Quality Management System or customer satisfaction levels. Verify the conformity of the quality management system, evaluate its effectiveness and efficiency. Conduct periodic Management Reviews and the annual ISO's Management Review. Monitor and Report on the Quality Management Systems that verify conformity of products. Generates, Interprets and Implements Quality System Documentation. Develops, Modifies and Maintains the Standard Operations Procedures. Participates in the Planning, Development and Transfer of New Products or Changes in Parts, Materials or Processes. Prepares and Manages the Objectives and Budgets of the Department, as well as Validates and Authorizes Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Responsible for Selecting, Training, Motivating and Developing the Quality Department’s Staff as well as acting as a Facilitator. Responsible for Managing Subordinate’s Performance. Also Responsible for promoting and maintaining Interdepartmental harmony. Requirements: Engineering Degree. +3 Years at the lead Level Within the Quality Area. +5 years of experience working in the metal-mechanical industry. Advanced level of English. Valid US Visa.
