The role of the Consumer Data Strategy Manager is to support the organization to build an advanced consumer understanding by developing direct marketing analyses and strategies. The role focuses on building and segmenting audiences for direct marketing campaigns, the analysis of the campaign performance, and conducting engagement analyses through various channels (online and offline). Responsibilities Analyze information from consumer databases to drive optimization of consumer campaigns, marketing techniques and business strategies. Uncover trends, changes, and anomalies in large data sets. Insights generation based on Social Data Analysis. Monitor, track, and analyze KPIs like reach, follower count, impressions, engagement, sentiment analysis, brand mentions, traffic sources, cost per lead, etc. Build a holistic consumer engagement view based on the whole Analytics Data Set, digital behavior, interests, browsing activities, past purchases, and sentiment analysis. Identifying retargeting opportunities as well as possibilities for demographic targeting. Monitor on- and offline sources for analysis (tying Adobe data with media & campaign data as well as other consumer data). Identify opportunities of cross-functional collaboration to deliver predictive & prescriptive analytics solutions, allowing for high precision decision-making. Support and develop direct reports on analytical thinking, collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders and business partners, identification of opportunities, including conversion into insights and recommendations. Develop and implement efficient and secure procedures for data handling and analysis with attention to all technical aspects. Monitor and analyze information and data systems, and evaluate their performance to discover ways of enhancing them (new technologies, upgrades, etc.). Requirements 5+ years of work experience in Analytics/Digital with senior stakeholder management and project management background in a large-scale organization. Previous hands-on experience in Consumer Analytics, Audience Management/Analytics, Digital Marketing. Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences, from technical experts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to translate complex data, projects, and topics into an easy-to-understand format. Able to manage, transform & connect various data sources and extract powerful insights. Ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders. Proven track record with data & digital analytics tools. A-B Testing knowledge and proficiency for set up and analysis. Commercial awareness and proficiency in consumer behavior understanding. Flexible problem solver. Excellent English written, oral and presentation/communication skills is a must. Effective relationship management and cross functional collaboration with relevant experience in an international, English-speaking work environment. Ability to understand brands’ business objectives and design recommendations that support business goals. Proficient in Excel, Visualization Tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI), PowerPoint and Social Media Platforms. SQL language proficiency is a must. Experienced in building advanced visualizations through dashboarding (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Power Bi, Tableau, etc.). Bachelor in Analytics/Digital Marketing (master’s degree would be an added advantage). Basic data science knowledge and understanding (Python) and financial acumen.
