Site Recruiters focus on building strong relationships with local talent pools, utilizing site-specific strategies to attract and retain top talent. Additionally, they may contribute to onboarding processes and serve as liaisons between the site and the broader organizational recruitment efforts.**Key responsibilities include**:- Primarily responsible for roles related to production, engineering, maintenance, and other operational positions.- Involved in ensuring a steady pipeline of skilled workers and addressing immediate staffing requirements at site level.- Work closely with site managers, production supervisors and other operational leaders to understand the job requirements, team dynamics, and culture.- Consistently execute with operational excellence to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.- Build and maintain strong partnerships with leaders, vendors, community organizations, and team members.**About you**:- Bachelor’s degree- Fluent in English, both written and oral- Exceptional market research and sourcing skills- Experience using an ATS and Linkedin**What you can expect from Barry Callebaut**:- Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package- Environment that welcomes workplace flexibility- An atmosphere where diversity is embraced, and inclusivity is second nature.
