We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sr. Legal Manager to join our legal team supporting the company’s business objectives in LATAM. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of combined law firm and in-house legal experience in the technology hardware industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in commercial transactions. This role will involve close collaboration with various departments and global teams to ensure legal compliance, mitigate risks, and streamline processes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts with vendors and customers including NDAs, distribution, sales, logistics, marketing, after-sales, SaaS and vendor agreements Proactively identify and address potential legal risks, providing clear and actionable recommendations to stakeholders to support business objectives Collaborate closely with external counsel and global cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of legal disputes and lawsuits, safeguarding the company’s interests Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing and monitoring applicable laws and regulations, including industry-specific regulations; Provide insightful advice and guidance on internal practices to promote and ensure compliance across the organization Create comprehensive training materials and resources to foster a culture of compliance and awareness within the organization Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Law Authorized to practice law in Mexico 7+ years of relevant attorney legal experience Minimum Knowledge and Skills: Professional level of spoken and written English Deep understanding of contract law and excellent negotiation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, results-oriented environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: In-house legal department experience in the technology hardware industry Experience with consumer electronics, components, servers, and AIoT Experience in one or more of consumer protection, e-commerce, esports, product liability, and privacy Litigation or compliance experience Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Legal Industries Computer Hardware Manufacturing and Computers and Electronics Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
