Principal Executive Search Sales Consultant @ Mpowering People | Recruitment Chief Operating Officer (COO) – LATAM My client is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer to lead operations across the LATAM region. This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, financial performance, and alignment with business objectives. Location: LATAM Region (Preference to be in Columbia) Scope: Regional Operations Responsibilities: Oversee and optimize operations across LATAM, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company strategy Manage financial performance, including cost of goods sold and overall productivity Implement LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies Develop and execute strategic plans for cost, capacity, and sustainability Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with EHS standards Lead and develop high-performing teams while promoting diversity and innovation Qualifications: More than 10 years of executive leadership experience in global operations Strong experience with steel Tube or pipe experience is a plus Strong expertise in business process development and change management Knowledge of mechanics, automation, and LEAN manufacturing is a plus Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive operational excellence Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field This is an opportunity to play a key leadership role in a global organization, shaping the future of operations in the LATAM region.
