What you will do Requirements gathering for job seeker and employer-facing products. Collaborate with engineers to define, refine, and deliver product features. Creation of user stories in Jira to drive front-end development. Must haves 3+ years of experience in product management roles. Frontend-focused: Understanding user flows, and experience with user experience (UX) best practices. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure feature delivery aligns. Nice to haves Basic technical understanding to engage in discussions about integrations and designs.
