The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in real estate transaction coordination and have excellent communication skills. This role involves a variety of tasks and requires someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, startup environment. Salary Range: $10 - $15 per hour Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm MST Responsibilities: Effectively communicating and updating homeowners on a regular basis Negotiating price reductions from homeowners when needed Assisting in filling out project memorandum Reviewing and analyzing offers Thoroughly checking listing documents Efficiently onboarding homeowners Coordinating property transactions Confidently communicating with real estate agents Required Skills and Experience: At least a year of experience working in a real estate investment company Familiarity with transaction coordination, and talking with real estate agents and homeowners Competent in using software such as Podio, Slack, Trello, and REI Closing A confident communicator with strong English skills (C1 level required) Good problem-solving skills and ability to function well in a chaotic environment Additional Requirements: The candidate must have a strong internet connection and a dedicated home office. Experience in a startup environment will be highly regarded. Ideal Candidate Profile: A successful candidate will have previously worked as a Transaction Coordinator (TC) or Customer Service (CS) executive for a realtor or a real estate investment company.
