We have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Business Process Consultant. Responsibilities: Experience in gathering software requirements and documenting user stories. Product backlog management. ITIL certification - Nice to have. Ideally, Scrum Product Owner and Scrum Master certifications. Mandatory experience in gathering requirements for ServiceNow ITSM (ITOM and SAM experience is desirable). English level: B2/C1. Experience in creating business cases and roadmaps. Process analysis expertise. Leadership in requirement-gathering workshops. Experience conducting maturity assessments. Why Cognizant?
