The Manager will focus on building long-term relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving incremental business opportunities.The role requires collaboration with senior team members to execute strategies and provide seamless client servicing. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, curious, and motivated to grow their portfolio while contributing to Signpost India’s business objectives.Key Responsibilities· Quickly understand the various media platforms that Signpost India offers covering DOOH, billboards, and transit media comprising of bus queue shelters, public bus advertising, metro station advertising, airport advertising and uncover customer needs, and articulate our key differentiators to secure sales.· Work closely with the Senior Manager to implement category-specific sales strategies and ensure alignment with overall organizational goals.· Focus on generating revenue within a defined portfolio while supporting cross-category initiatives where required.· Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, ensuring consistent client satisfaction and repeat business.· Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative advertising solutions and proposals tailored to client campaigns.· Responsible for revenue generation and providing excellent client servicing, acting as the key contact for enterprise accounts.· Participate in identifying new business prospects and support Senior Managers in account expansion efforts.· Maintain accurate sales records, track activities, and prepare periodic reports for management.· Assist in analyzing client feedback and market trends to enhance service offerings and identify opportunities for improvement.· Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and client industry developments to refine sales approaches.· Support the Senior Manager in managing escalations and contribute to the smooth execution of campaigns.Skills & Qualifications· A professional graduate with at least 6–8 years of sales experience.· Must possess excellent communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills.· Demonstrated ability to handle client accounts independently while working collaboratively within a team.· Candidate from an ad agency/media background is highly preferred.· Strong knowledge of media formats, marketing strategies, and category-specific dynamics.· Proven ability to successfully close end-to-end deals and meet revenue targets.· Experience in account servicing and maintaining relationships with direct clients and agencies.· Ability to interpret sales data and prepare actionable reports to support decision-making.· Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client management.Interested candidates share resume on kranti.tondvalkar@ & vedika.mahadeshwar@
