Roles & Responsibilities:Utilize various platforms (job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract potential candidates.Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create accurate job descriptions.Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and collaborate on strategy adjustments as needed.Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the recruitment process.Gather and provide feedback to candidates and hiring teams post-interview.Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Generate reports on hiring metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.Assist in promoting the company's culture and values through various channels.Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to enhance the company’s presence in the market.Eligibility:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 1 year and maximum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Understanding of current labor market trends and best practices in recruitment.Company DescriptionPristyn Care is a leader in Secondary Care Surgeries, co-founded by Harsimarbir (Harsh) Singh, Dr. Vaibhav Kapoor, and Dr. Garima Sawhney.
