This is a long-term role with significant growth potential for someone who is dependable, accurate, and efficient.General PurposeThe primary responsibility of this role is to support the Production Manager by tracking and following up on open orders. This includes close collaboration with both internal teams and external partners to ensure products are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with aesthetic and business requirements.What You’ll DoCommunicate with global vendors to track item development and production status; follow up daily to ensure deadlines are metProvide timely updates on order progress to the sales team to ensure customers receive accurate informationMaintain and update Work-In-Progress (WIP) and delivery statuses in internal systemsTrack photography and prototype samplesAssist with quality control to ensure garments meet company standardsSupport the creation of company purchase ordersPrepare necessary information and documentation for weekly production status meetingsWho You AreA self-starter with a proactive attitude and strong teamwork skillsAble to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentFlexible and adaptable to changing prioritiesDetail-oriented with excellent communication skillsExperienced, with 3–4 years in a similar roleRequirementsProficient in Microsoft Office and OutlookStrong written and verbal communication skillsFluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)Key Responsibilities
