Job Title: Growth - Affiliate Sales ManagerLocation: MIDC, Mumbai, MaharashtraExperience Required: 5 to 7 yearsSalary Range: ₹ 6lpa – ₹ 7lpa per annumJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Growth - Affiliate Sales Manager to lead our affiliate marketing and partnerships strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through affiliate networks, influencer collaborations, and strategic partnerships. As a luxury oral care brand, we require a professional who understands premium consumer engagement and can drive high-quality traffic and conversions.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute an affiliate marketing strategy to drive sales and brand awareness.Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, influencers, and strategic collaborators.Build strong relationships with affiliates and negotiate commission structures to maximize ROI.Monitor, track, and optimize affiliate performance, ensuring efficient budget allocation.Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) and generate reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to provide affiliates with the necessary assets and support.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging affiliate marketing opportunities.Utilize affiliate marketing tools and platforms to manage partnerships efficiently.Work with performance marketing teams to integrate affiliate campaigns with paid media strategies.Drive innovation in affiliate marketing by exploring new acquisition channels and promotional methods.Key Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Experience: 5-7 years of experience in affiliate marketing, sales, or business development.Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms, tracking tools, and analytics.Proven track record of scaling affiliate programs and driving revenue growth.Experience working in the luxury, beauty, or e-commerce industry is a plus.Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, and conversion optimization.Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience working with luxury or premium brands.Knowledge of affiliate marketing tools such as Impact, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten, or PartnerStack.Understanding of influencer marketing and brand collaborations.How to Apply:Interested candidates can submit their resume to purnima@
