The Tech Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruitment process for hiring of AI/ML and/or Full Stack Development Teams, engaging with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. The recruiter will also be responsible for building strong relationships with potential hires and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.QualificationsExperience in Full-Life Cycle Technical Recruiting for AI/MLSkilled in sourcing, hiring, and general recruiting practicesExcellent communication skillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
