The agency operates in multiple countries, including India, Indonesia, Singapore, USA, Japan, Thailand, and the Middle East.Responsibilities:-Outreach:Identify new clients and work closely with the brand partnerships team for creative pitches to acquire them. Initiate contact and negotiate partnership agreements to enhance our offerings and broaden our Market research. Manage a strong pipeline of business to meet overall revenue goals through collaborating with various departments within Voxxy. Coordinate partnerships activations, events and campaigns ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact. Get clients to renew and expand their engagement with us. -New Business Development: Identify and reach out to new potential brand partners, including agencies, direct brands etc. to explore collaboration opportunities. Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through proactive outreach and networking -Negotiation & Deal closure: Negotiate partnership terms, including sponsorship agreements, content collaborations, and promotional campaigns, to align with POI's goals and objectives. Manage the contract negotiation process and ensure timely closure of deals. -Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at partner organizations to understand their objectives and needs. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored partnership proposals and pitch decks. Foster long-term relationships with partners to drive repeat business and ongoing collaboration.What we are looking for:4+ years of Ad sales experience at a media company/agency, having been responsible for selling content solutions/advertising campaigns/ad slots to brands Experience in developing leads through a variety of methods making professional presentations and writing compelling proposals to close sales and exceed goals Good existing network and connections with brands and agencies across India
