About the RoleAs an Asset Safety (Recovery) Associate at Moove, you will play a pivotal role in the company's financial stability by managing and overseeing the recovery of outstanding payments and debts. Your responsibilities will include proactively contacting customers with overdue accounts and maintaining accurate records of all communication and transactions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the resolution of outstanding issues while upholding Moove's commitment to exceptional customer service and ethical debt recovery practices.What you’ll be doing● Recover vehicles from non-compliant drivers.● Tow or Lift vehicles that are unable to be driven.● Working with the recovery agency to recover out asset if Drivers fail to pay the daily rental on time.● Working with city security liaison officer on coordinating with Police & court cases.● Source and maintain relationships with recovery partnersWhat you will need for this position● 4-8 years of experience in recovery and collections in financial or asset recovery and safety (previously worked in police service is preferred).● Should have knowledge of GPS navigation to track the movement of assets● Good knowledge of routes and locations.● Must be able to drive different vehicle types (Bike, Car & Pickup Truck).● Must have good communication skills and experience working on google sheets.Key Metrics● % of recovery allocated and completed● TAT for recovery by monitoring recovery agents● Road safety and regulation compliance during recovery● Minimising recovery by resolving DP returns through voluntary returns or having the DP continue driving with MooveAbout the teamOur team is collaborative, positive, curious, and engaged.
