Position: IT Sales Specialist With quotation ExperienceLocation: Fully Remote (India-wide)Shift Schedule: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM ISTKey Responsibilities:New Sales DevelopmentAddress customer inquiries via phone/email, providing tailored product quotes and solutions.Source IT products, generate quotes, and recommend suitable options aligned with client needs.Collaborate with vendor partners to identify product alternatives and secure competitive pricing/delivery terms.Explore new vendors and products to expand offerings and enhance value.Leverage contracts/funding mechanisms to optimize deals and foster long-term client relationships.Renewals ManagementNegotiate terms with suppliers to maximize profitability and secure favorable agreements.Evaluate and onboard new vendors to strengthen partnerships and capabilities.Cultivate vendor relationships by promoting organizational value and strategic alignment.Strategize and execute plans to drive renewal growth and revenue retention.Document all sales interactions and opportunities systematically.Sales Operations & CRM UtilizationTrack sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline progress within CRM systems.Generate regular reports on KPIs (daily, weekly, monthly) to assess performance.Required Qualifications:2+ years of IT sales experience with hands-on quoting expertise.Experience with Ingram Micro/TD Synnex platforms is good to have but not must, self-service quotation tools, and IT/cybersecurity product knowledge.Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.Exceptional multitasking skills, adaptability to dynamic workflows, and ability to manage frequent interruptions.Strong verbal/written communication skills; confidence in engaging new clients and vendors.Comfort operating in a flexible, unstructured environment with minimal scripting.
