The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for training and mentoring the sales team to improve their performance and help them achieve their targets.QualificationsSales Management, Sales Strategies, and Relationship Management skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsExperience in team management and mentoringAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesProven track record of achieving sales targetsKnowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldMaster's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plusExperience in the interiors industry is a plus1-5 years of Sales experience. Strong listening and presentation skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Understanding of home interiors domain, a bonus.
