Lean Apps is establishing a Pre-Sales Department to drive impactful customer engagements by aligning our solutions & services with clients’ strategic needs. We’re looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant who will personify our core values, build trust with clients, and act as a technology advisor in the early stages of client engagements.Role OverviewAs a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact in our sales engagements, working closely with clients to understand their needs, present Lean Apps’ capabilities, and co-create solutions that deliver WOW experiences. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a genuine passion for helping clients succeed. You will be an essential bridge between clients and our delivery teams, embodying Lean Apps’ values of accountability, honesty, and excellence in every interaction.Key Responsibilities:Engage with clients to understand their challenges and develop customized solution proposals aiming to build a meaningful connection and deliver a WOW experience from the first interaction.Develop customized solution proposals that reflect Lean Apps’ capabilities and align with clients’ business objectives, adding unique value that surpasses client expectations.Deliver impactful demos and presentations that clearly articulate the benefits and value of Lean Apps’ solutions, addressing client needs and fostering trust.Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Dev teams to design and propose solutions that are not only feasible but highly effective in delivering client goals.Act as the client’s advocate internally, ensuring the proposed solution is understood by delivery teams and aligns with Lean Apps’ standards for WOW experiences and accountability.Define scope, timelines, and resources; prepare Statements of Work (SOWs) and RFP responses.Educate clients on industry trends and act as a trusted tech advisor.Build long-term relationships with clients based on honesty, transparency, and results.Host webinars, conduct workshops, and contribute to thought leadership activities.Skills:Expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), including cloud platform proficiency, solution architecture, and cloud deployment models such as IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.Proven ability to design scalable, high-performance, and cost-effective cloud solutions tailored to client-specific needs, including hybrid cloud and on-premises integration.Strong background in database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra) with a focus on selecting the appropriate solutions for performance and scalability.Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) to create modular, scalable solutions.Extensive experience in DevOps practices, implementing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automation to streamline development workflows.Deep understanding of AI/ML platforms, data processing pipelines, and machine learning model deployment to guide clients in leveraging predictive analytics and insights.Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, including application security, network security, IAM, data privacy, and compliance with standards like GDPR and HIPAA.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field would be preferred.A Master’s degree or professional certification in Sales, Pre-Sales, or Business Development is a plus.Minimum 4+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales role, ideally within technology, software, or digital transformation sectors.Proven success in engaging with C-level executives and developing solutions that address complex business challenges.Experience working with a multicultural and diverse workforce, preferably within a tech or software development environment.Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Confluence), project management tools (e.g., Jira).If you’re ready to make a WOW impact on our clients, bring innovation to pre-sales, and embody Lean Apps’ values, we’d love to hear from you.
