Job Title: Oracle HFM Lead, HFM Functional Consultant and HFM Senior and Junior DevelopersExperience: 3 to 13 YearsLevels: Manager, Senior Consultant, ConsultantLocation: PuneKey Responsibilities:Design, configure, and implement Oracle HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) solutions based on business requirements.Lead workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.Develop and enhance financial consolidation, reporting, and intercompany reconciliation processes using Oracle HFM.Support UAT and SIT processes by preparing test scenarios, documentation, and assisting end users.Integrate HFM with other financial systems (ERP, planning tools) and optimize data flows.Create and maintain detailed functional and technical design documents, user stories, and process maps.Train end-users and provide post-implementation support.Qualifications:Minimum 3+ years of experience with Oracle HFM implementations.Strong understanding of financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and financial reporting processes.Hands-on experience in designing and deploying financial models, metadata management, and rules in HFM.Experience with Smart View, FDMEE, and integration with ERP systems.Knowledge of financial accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS).Experience with Financial Reporting, Power BI, Power Apps, or other FP&A tools is a plus.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred: Candidates with Engineering, MCA, MBA, or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualifications.Soft Skills:Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
