This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong coordination skills, and a deep understanding of garment production. The ideal candidate will work closely with the production and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements and optimize production workflows.Roles and Responsibilities:- Oversee garment modifications to ensure quality and efficiency.- Conduct regular quality control (QC) checks to maintain product standards.- Manage alterations and customization requests from both offline and online customers.- Ensure quality optimization across all production stages.- Identify and optimize parts of the production process to improve workflow.- Assist the sales team with product knowledge and customization insights.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations and production goals.Skills and Qualifications:- Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Fashion Technology, Apparel Production, or related field.- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in production merchandising or garment manufacturing.- Proficiency in quality control and assurance techniques.- Knowledge of flat pattern making, draping, fabric types, stitching techniques, and all types of garment construction.- Familiarity with production optimization and process improvement.- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
