Our core values of Respect, Responsibility, Integrity, Compassion, and Courage guide our mission to inspire children to be kinder, be curious, and be courageous & explorative.Role DescriptionThe Center Administrator serves as the educational and operational leader of our preschool, overseeing all aspects of the center's functioning while creating a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for children's development. This position requires strong leadership, administrative expertise, and a passion for early childhood education.Key ResponsibilitiesStaff Management and DevelopmentRecruit, supervise, and evaluate teaching staff, providing mentorship and professional development opportunitiesConduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedbackFacilitate regular staff meetings and training sessionsCreate staff schedules and manage substitute arrangementsEnrollment and AdmissionsDevelop and implement admissions procedures for new familiesConduct tours and information sessions for prospective familiesProcess enrollment applications and manage waiting listsEnsure smooth transitions for new children entering the programOperational ManagementOversee daily operations and address any issues promptlyEnsure compliance with all licensing regulations and quality standardsMaintain appropriate staff-to-child ratios at all timesImplement and enforce health, safety, and security protocolsManage facility maintenance and improvement projectsFinancial AdministrationPrepare bi-weekly reports for ownership regarding center operations and financesMaintain accurate financial records and balance sheetsMonitor budget performance and control expensesProcess tuition payments and manage collectionsMaintain inventory of supplies and equipmentCurriculum and Program DevelopmentOversee implementation of age-appropriate curriculum aligned with educational standardsResearch and implement innovative educational approaches and new curriculaEnsure consistent program quality across all classroomsMonitor children's developmental progress and program effectivenessSupport teachers in curriculum planning and implementationParent and Community RelationsMaintain open communication with parents through newsletters, meetings, and eventsAddress parent concerns and build positive relationships with familiesDevelop community partnerships and outreach initiativesRepresent the center at community events and professional networksBusiness Growth and DevelopmentDevelop marketing strategies to maintain healthy enrollmentIdentify opportunities for program expansion and improvementMonitor competitive landscape and recommend strategic adaptationsImplement initiatives to enhance the center's reputation and visibilityTrack key performance indicators to measure center successWorking ConditionsThe Center Administrator is required to be present at the school during all functioning hours for the first 3 months of employment. Following this initial period, should the administrator's performance meet or exceed expectations, they will be given the freedom to set their own schedule. This flexibility is contingent upon the center's continued performance, operational efficiency, and the administrator's ability to fulfill all job responsibilities. Our goal is to balance accountability with autonomy for our leadership team.Salary & BenefitsWe are open to offering a competitive salary (CTC) ranging from 4 lakhs to 7 lakhs per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we are open to discussing profit-sharing strategies with the right candidate.
