This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing impactful tradeshows and hosted events within a designated GEO. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills, a solid marketing foundation, and a proven ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field• 8+ years of experience in field marketing, event management, or a related role• Demonstrated success in managing and executing large-scale events• Willingness to travel as required across the regionKey ResponsibilitiesEvent Planning and Coordination• Develop and execute detailed event plans including objectives, timelines, budgets, and logistics• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and communications teams to ensure event alignment with broader marketing goalsVendor and Venue Management• Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, venues, and service providers• Secure high-quality execution and favorable terms with external partnersContent and Collateral Development• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop compelling presentations, brochures, and promotional items• Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audiencePromotion and Audience Engagement• Drive event attendance and engagement through comprehensive marketing campaigns• Leverage multiple channels including email, social media, and direct mail for promotionOn-Site Event Management• Oversee event setup and teardown, ensuring seamless execution• Manage all on-site activities including registration, staffing, and attendee engagementLead Generation and Post-Event Follow-Up• Capture and qualify leads, ensuring they are effectively handed off to sales• Analyze event performance and ROI, providing actionable insights for continuous improvementBudget Management• Build and manage event budgets, ensuring accuracy and staying within limits• Provide regular financial updates and reports to key stakeholdersRequired Expertise• Event Management: Proven experience leading tradeshows and hosted events from concept to execution• Marketing Acumen: Strong understanding of marketing principles, tools, and technologies• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; skilled in crafting persuasive content• Interpersonal Skills: Strong collaborator with the ability to build relationships internally and externally• Analytical Thinking: Proficient in analyzing event data to drive optimization• Financial Management: Experience managing budgets and negotiating vendor contracts• Problem-Solving: Adaptable, resourceful, and solutions-focused• Cultural Awareness: Understanding of local nuances and preferences within the designated GEO
