Join us to challenge yourself and accomplish work that matters Job Title Accounts Manager ( US Staffing)Job Location Noida [Onsite Work]Job DescriptionBachelor’s Degree – CS, IT, Electrical or Electronics and communication engineering degree.5 years of experience working on IT hirings – Full Time, Contract W2, Contract C2C.Minimum 2 year in a client facing role with sales skills, coordinating with client POC in gathering requirements and managing full recruitment lifecycle.Hands on recent experience recently working with clientsAbility to grow the existing empaneled customers by reaching out new POCs to gather new business and delivering business to already existing customers.Experience with MSA, along with process knowledge of Visa filing processes, Visa Transfers.Ability to generate sales independently, getting involved in onboarding documentation, background check, ensuring smooth delivery upon offer confirmation.Experience working on VMS portal like – SuccessFactor, Fieldglass, Reflik , etcTarget based performance-oriented professional with strong communication skills.Droisys is an equal opportunity employer.
