As a leader in POSH training and compliance solutions, our mission is to empower organizations through innovative, legally sound, and engaging learning products.We're looking for a dynamic professional who blends legal expertise with product management skills to lead and shape our POSH solutions.Key Responsibilities:Legal Responsibilities (Legal Associate):Vet contracts, partnership agreements, and legal documents for compliance and risk mitigation.Provide legal opinions and support on issues related to clients, products, and content.Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for all eLearnPOSH products and services, especially in the POSH and workplace harassment domains.Draft terms of use, privacy policies, disclaimers, and legal notices as required.POSH Product Management:Act as the owner of the eLearnPOSH product line, overseeing its design, development, and delivery.Lead the creation and review of eLearning modules to ensure compliance with POSH legislation and best practices.Collaborate with Instructional Designers and Legal Experts to maintain accuracy and quality of training content.Conduct and host webinars, live sessions, and certification programs for IC Members and organizations.Respond to client queries and provide legal guidance on POSH-related implementation and queries.Build and maintain a Knowledge Base, Newsletter, and other engagement tools to keep clients updated on legal and practical POSH developments.Lead innovation initiatives in the POSH awareness space, including new content formats, tech-enabled solutions, and industry partnerships.Monitor updates in Indian laws (and other jurisdictions as needed) relating to POSH and workplace conduct.Requirements:LLB/LLM from a recognized university.Deep understanding of the POSH Act, 2013 and related laws.Excellent legal drafting and contract review skills.Passionate about gender sensitization, workplace diversity, and compliance education.Strong communication and presentation skills – must be comfortable conducting webinars and training sessions.Ability to write and edit knowledge-based content, newsletters, and policy guidance.Exposure to or interest in eLearning, content development, or product management is a strong plus.Nice to Have:3+ years of experience in legal roles, preferably with exposure to employment law, compliance, or workplace harassment matters.
