An opportunity to partner with the product/functional/quality/business intelligence teams to look at improving the business excellence by strategically building the people competencies that align with our business vision Responsibilities: Key Partnership:Partner with the IKS leadership team, aligned HRBPs and Functional Capability Leads, to develop and deliver a learning and development plan aligned to the specific business strategy, capability requirements and organizational priorities of the IKS. Manage all levels of stakeholders demonstrating strong business partnering skills, accountability for the delivery of fit for purpose solutions and the ability to challenge, influence and make informed recommendations on an ongoing basis Design & Delivery:Ensure the effective delivery of the agreed L&D plan through strong partnership with the in-house L&D teams, external suppliers and domain training teams. Lead on critical or large-scale learning and development projects for the IKS with the ability to work across key elements of the end to end learning process and specifically the early diagnosis, high-level design components and continuous improvement of offerings. Lead the application of learning quality standards and oversee the application of robust learning experience design methodologies by internal and external partners Team /functional development:Build the capability of the broader business unit/function L&D network (e.g. subject matter experts, technical trainers, HR business partners) so they can effectively support the delivery of learning within the business unit/function Data Analytics /ROI:Monitor and evaluate business impact of leadership, business skills, technical and compliance capability development programmers and activities, acting as necessary Leadership & Bench strength:Leadership development interventions concept design content partnerships with ivy league academic tie-ups. Build a solid bench strength and career transition /mobility programs Coaching & Education:Leveraging the clinical knowledge & experience to impact learning through formal & informal teaching methods to the offshore delivery teams in India. This would be both through remote training & through in-person training with small groups in India.Qualification:Master degree in Learning and Development, Educational Science, I&O Psychology or Human Resource Management/Development with a working understanding of learning technologies.Role Prerequisites:Minimum 15 Years Of Relevant Experience In L&D. Experience in organizational development and Leadership development of at least 4-5 years.A good number of experience in leading content development and delivery is essential.Functional Competencies::Strong knowledge and experience of the end-to-end learning process within a global organization i.e., learning needs assessment, program design & delivery and learning evaluation & assessment.Certifications in psychometric tools MBTI, Hogan, DISC will be an added advantage.Entrepreneurial systems thinker with experience in LMS/LXP ecosystems.
