The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conducting training sessions for both students and professionals and designing comprehensive training curricula. Key Responsibilities ● Design, develop, and execute communication training programs tailored to various audiences. ● Train individuals on pitching ideas in business, professional, and social contexts. ● Develop interactive and engaging curricula, including real-world case studies, role-playing exercises, and simulations. ● Conduct both online and offline training sessions for students, professionals, and entrepreneurs. ● Continuously refine training methodologies based on feedback and industry trends. ● Collaborate with the content and tech team to develop training resources. ● Assess participants' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improveRequirements ● Proven experience as a Communication Trainer, Sales Trainer, or similar role. ● Strong expertise in sales communication, business pitching, and public speaking. ● Experience in training students and working professionals. ● Ability to develop training curricula and learning materials. ● Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. ● Comfortable conducting both online and offline training sessions. ● Preferred: Experience in Ed-Tech, Corporate Training, or Learning & Development.
