Role OverviewThe Assistant Manager - Marketing will play a pivotal role in driving marketing initiatives for Looks Salon, ensuring brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor marketing strategies that align with the brand’s vision and goals.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Planning and ExecutionDevelop and execute marketing plans to increase footfall and revenue across salon outlets.Assist in creating and implementing promotional campaigns, including offers, seasonal activities, and events.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.2. Brand ManagementMaintain consistency in brand messaging and aesthetics across all marketing materials.Work on positioning Looks Salon as a premium salon brand in the beauty and wellness industry.Coordinate with design teams to create impactful marketing collaterals.3. Digital MarketingOversee social media campaigns to enhance online engagement and brand visibility.Collaborate with digital marketing agencies for SEO, paid ads, and email campaigns.Monitor and analyse digital performance metrics (CTR, impressions, conversions) and suggest improvements.4. Customer EngagementDesign and execute customer loyalty programs to improve retention rates.Gather customer feedback and insights to improve marketing initiatives.Plan activities to enhance customer satisfaction and build relationships.5. Vendor and Partnership ManagementLiaise with external vendors for printing, promotional merchandise, and event management.Build partnerships with local influencers, beauty brands, and event organizers to boost visibility.6. Budget ManagementManage marketing budgets for campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI optimization.Track expenses and prepare monthly marketing expense reports.7. Reporting and AnalysisMeasure the effectiveness of marketing activities using KPIs like ROI, engagement, and customer acquisition.Provide monthly reports to the Marketing Manager, summarizing performance and future recommendations.Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.MBA/PGDM in Marketing is preferred.Experience5 - 8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industries.Hands-on experience in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.Skills RequiredStrong understanding of marketing principles and branding.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools (Google Analytics, Canva, HubSpot, etc.).Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
