To strengthen our distribution network, we are looking for a proactive Field Sales Officer who will be responsible for store visits, payment follow-ups, and lead generation.Key Responsibilities:1. Retail Store Visits & Account ManagementRegularly visit all retail stores, pharmacies, and supermarkets where Salt Oral Care products are available.Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, pharmacists, and purchase managers to ensure continued partnerships.Ensure proper visibility, display, and stocking of Salt products at all retail locations.Address any issues related to stock replenishment, product placement, or customer feedback.2. Payment Collection & Follow-UpsKeep track of outstanding payments and follow up with store managers for timely collection.Ensure accurate documentation of payments received and update records in the system.Coordinate with the finance team to resolve any billing disputes or payment delays.3. Lead Generation & Business DevelopmentIdentify and approach new retail outlets, pharmacies, supermarkets, and distributors to expand our sales network.Pitch Salt Oral Care products to potential clients and negotiate business deals.Maintain a database of potential leads and track conversion progress.4. Sales Performance & Market InsightsMonitor sales trends, customer demand, and competitor activities in the market.Collect feedback from retailers regarding product performance, pricing, and market demand.Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to the management team, highlighting key insights and opportunities for growth.5.
