We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Founder’s office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be tech-savvy, and capable of handling both professional and personal tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Calendar & Schedule Management – Efficiently manage and coordinate the Founder’s meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.Communication & Correspondence – Act as the first point of contact, handling emails, calls, and messages professionally.Tech-Savvy & Data Management – Maintain reports, presentations, and excel sheets. Should be proficient in MS Excel, Word, and other office tools.Proactive Problem-Solving – Anticipate needs, resolve issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Confidentiality & Discretion – Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.Presentability & Professionalism – Represent the Founder’s office with a polished and professional demeanor.Requirements & Skills:Strong Communication Skills – Both verbal and written.Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and digital tools.Strong academic background preferred.Proactive & Solution-Oriented
