The Specialist will be responsible for converting direct applicants and generating leads for student recruitment on a day-to-day basis.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Outreach-Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to attract direct applicants through digital marketing, social media, and CRM-based outreach.-Identify and engage prospective students via online platforms, events, and partner collaborations.-Work closely with marketing teams to create compelling content and advertising strategies for direct recruitment.-Utilize data analytics to track, measure, and optimize lead generation efforts. Conversion & Engagement-Manage the prospective student pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and personalized engagement.-Deliver high-quality communications via email, phone, WhatsApp, and live chat to support applicants through the decision-making process.-Organize and lead conversion activities, including webinars, virtual open days, campus visits, and one-to-one consultations relative to the applications cycle.-Provide guidance on admissions requirements, application processes, and program suitability. Relationship Management-Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including prospective students, parents, alumni and university colleagues.-Collaborate with admissions and immigration teams to ensure a seamless application journey. Reporting & Continuous Improvement-Track and report on lead generation and conversion metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.-Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in student recruitment and digital marketing.-Contribute to the continuous development of recruitment strategies to enhance conversion rates.About YouEssential:-Proven experience in student recruitment, sales, or a similar role with a focus on direct applicants.-Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques, CRM systems, and conversion strategies.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.-Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize recruitment efforts.-Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in identifying new recruitment opportunities.-Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media engagement, and email marketing platforms.
