The team is a vital part of the overall marketing team. It works collaboratively with various groups within and outside the marketing team.The team's charter is to engage at multiple stages during the pursuit process and be responsible for developing a tailored marketing plan and communication strategy to articulate a compelling “why HCL Tech” proposition in all pursuit collaterals, ultimately leading to improved win rates and growing revenue. One of the critical charters is also to identify, co-develop and implement innovative approaches to pursuit management and drive adoption of these across the organization with a special focus on Presales teams.Another core charter comprises marketing for Strategic focus accounts across people and client initiatives, including account growth and driving business value through sustained marketing efforts. In addition to the above, the Global Customer Experience Center across Noida, New Jersey is also under XDMT’s remit. This includes managing and designing tailored brand experiences and immersive storytelling for stakeholders along with end-to-end supervision across infrastructure, technology, content and experience.The role: The Content Specialist will be responsible for curating & developing content for key deals across in close collaboration with Pursuit Marketing. The individual needs to have an aptitude to understand stakeholder behaviour, help develop a unique positioning for HCLTech develop customized narrative. The individual needs to work in close collaboration with Pursuit Marketing Managers and functions across design, digital, research develop tailored communication across channels & touchpoints in the entire pursuit lifecycle.The individual needs to bring new thinking, energy and enthusiasm alongside expertise in copy writing and copy editing.Key responsibilities:Crafting and executing targeted, digital first deal pursuit campaigns to elevate and differentiate HCLTech’s solutions and positively influence clients perceptionDevelopment of compelling opportunity value propositions working closely with the Business (sales / pre-sales team / leadership) and Marketing teams byInterpreting customer pain points, competition landscape and HCLTech solutions and offerings, to create a unique ‘Why HCLTech?” propositionCollaborate with internal teams (Research, design and Experiential teams) to develop custom-fit message house and sharpened content for submissions and presentationsCollaborate with functional teamsto create copy for high-impact assets across channels, media and formats, including videos scripts, paid social media campaigns and other marketing collateralsProduce error-free copy that adheres to the company’s style guidelines and Tone of Voice while ensuring accuracy and uniformityWrite high-engagement social media content that reflects our brand’s voice along with driving effective measurement and trackingIdeate and drive content to drive stakeholder and employee engagement for Strategic focus accounts, resulting in higher CSAT and business valueProvide innovative thoughts and plan on building good practices that can reduce redundancy and improve efficiency and agilityQualifications and skill sets requirementA strong understanding of Technology, IT industry landscape and the deal pursuit A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communications/Journalism with a post-graduate qualification having specialization in marketing from tier-1/tier-2 B-school12+ years of experience with 8-10+ years in content curation & development in B2B Technology space, preferably in a corporate Experience in handling large deal pursuits and ABM programs will be an added advantageStrong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to interpret intel and clearly articulate creative ideas & opinions across diverse, cross-cultural teamsMust understand and be able to craft long and short form writingOver all understanding of content creation, optimization, and analytics, deriving insights and refine the approach based on thisAdaptability to news ways of content generation and related toolsNeeds to be a strong collaborator and work well under pressure with ability to multitask
