For (RVIM) RV Institute of ManagementQualifications:As per AICTE norms.PhD in the discipline related to management, preferably with a premier Institution.Should have been served as Professor with minimum cumulative experience of 20 years, of which minimum of 5 years in an administrative or governance role like; Dean, Assistant Director, Associate Dean, Director, etc., preferably with premier Institution/s.Sound Domain Knowledge with required Administrative and Leadership skill sets; Good research credentials; and the right attitude.Should be able to lead an Institution across all fronts including; Academics, Research, Consultancy, Extension, Admissions, Placements, Alumni Relations, International Collaborations, Industry Linkages, Student Support, Infrastructure Enhancement, Budgeting and Financial Control, Faculty and Staff Recruitment, Accreditations (local and international) and Rankings.Liaising with Regulators (University, AICTE, UGC, NAAC, NIRF) and Statutory and Non statutory Bodies of the Institution and the other functions involved in managing an Institution.Compensation:Compensation will be as per AICTE norms according to Management - UGC 7th Pay scale and is not a constraint for the deserving candidateFor more details, please visit ,
