HR Business PartnerAbout Getstructured: GetStructured is a full-service human resources firm that works with small enterprises with between 5 to 150 employees. We are a team of experienced HR professionals dedicated to making HR easy and aligning your employees to your organization's values and mission.Roles & Responsibilities:                                                      Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for technical positions in a highly competitive market.Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, benefits enrollment and audits.Provide guidance and mentorship for business executives and leaders to discuss the tactics to enhance employee productivity and retention, employee engagement, and relationships.Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business.Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organisational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.Lead core HR processes across products (performance calibration, compensation cycle, promotions).Analyse and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g., compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision-making and provide proactive solutions to their client group.Partner with Learning & Development to work on value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance.Educate team members on compensation practices, including compensation, performance feedback, performance calibration, and career transitions. What we seek:Master's degree (MBA) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Senior HR Associate with 4-6 years of experience (experience with startups is a plus).Knowledge of database software, email systems, and office software.Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, policies, and procedures.Experience working in a technical and complex working environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
