Role Summary:The Parts & Tequipment Manager develops and executes a comprehensive procurement, distribution, and inventory strategy that enhances operational efficiency, maximizes profitability, and supports long-term growth. By driving key initiatives in Porsche Lifestyle products, this role capitalizes on market trends to open new revenue streams and expand brand presence. The manager leads innovation in supply chain optimization, fostering strategic partnerships with suppliers, and ensuring service excellence by aligning cross-functional teams with corporate objectives. Additionally, the role ensures continuous improvement through the implementation of forward-thinking solutions that elevate customer satisfaction and deliver measurable business impact.Authority:Operations & Strategy: Develop and implement high-level strategies for procurement, inventory, distribution, and budget management to ensure alignment with sales goals. Optimize resource allocation and streamline operations to drive efficiency and profitability while anticipating future market needs and adapting accordingly.Team & Supplier Management: Lead and mentor the team to achieve performance excellence, set strategic targets, and cultivate long-term partnerships with suppliers. Oversee contracts and pricing to ensure competitive advantages, leveraging supplier relationships for sustained business growth.Business Growth & Compliance: Spearhead business expansion by identifying and executing new initiatives that align with organizational goals. Ensure rigorous adherence to corporate guidelines and regulatory standards, while providing strategic insights and performance reporting to senior management to support data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities &Tasks:Inventory Management & Optimization:Implement inventory management practices to ensure optimal stock levels of Porsche genuine parts and Tequipment, aligning with targets set by Porsche Middle East (PME) and adhering to Porsche AG (PAG) standards. Collaborate with Porsche India, as part of the NSC, to drive efficient warehouse operations and ensure seamless availability of parts.Strategically partner with Porsche India’s logistics and inventory teams to enhance storage and tracking processes, ensuring timely dispatch and minimizing excess inventory while achieving PME’s stock targets.Continuously evaluate and report inventory performance, working closely with PME to meet their KPIs. Anticipate dealership demands, support promotional activities, and ensure timely readiness for new model launches by maintaining agile and responsive inventory management practices.Procurement:Oversee the sourcing and purchasing of Porsche genuine parts and Tequipment, ensuring that procurement processes meet Porsche Middle East (PME) targets and Porsche AG (PAG) standards.Collaborate with the NSC’s procurement team for non-Porsche-supplied items, such as oil and tires, negotiating favorable terms with suppliers. Ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising Porsche’s stringent quality requirements and standards.Implement PAG/PME-set pricing for Porsche genuine parts in India, working closely with the NSC pricing team to ensure that dealership pricing remains competitive and reflective of market conditions, driving profitability and customer satisfaction.Facilitate seamless coordination between PME, the NSC pricing team, and Porsche India to ensure the effective execution of pricing strategies.Supplier Relations:Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with suppliers of non-Porsche-supplied items (e.g., oil, tires), ensuring they consistently meet Porsche AG (PAG) and Porsche Middle East (PME) quality standards. Foster partnerships that drive mutual value and long-term reliability.Collaborate with the NSC procurement team to oversee supplier contracts, securing favorable pricing and ensuring timely deliveries that align with PME targets, enhancing overall procurement efficiency.Regularly assess supplier performance, ensuring strict adherence to contract terms, quality benchmarks, and delivery schedules. Provide ongoing feedback and promptly address any issues to ensure uninterrupted operations and sustained excellence.Sales & Revenue Growth:Lead the sales efforts for Porsche parts, Tequipment, and Porsche Lifestyle products, ensuring alignment with Porsche Middle East’s (PME) purchase targets and the NSC’s retail objectives to drive consistent revenue growth.Collaborate with PME to develop and execute targeted marketing strategiesPartner with Porsche India’s sales and marketing teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including promotions and incentives, to boost dealership performance and meet NSC’s revenue growth targets.Continuously monitor sales performance against PME’s purchase goals and NSC’s retail targets, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure expectations are met or exceeded, while maintaining a focus on long-term business growth.Budget Management:Plan and oversee the budget for Porsche parts, Tequipment, Lifestyle products, and travel, ensuring alignment with PME’s purchase targets and NSC’s retail objectives to drive financial efficiency and profitability.Collaborate with Porsche Middle East (PME) and NSC finance teams to ensure budget allocations for parts, products, and travel effectively support both purchase objectives and retail performance, while maintaining cost efficiency in line with regional and global financial targets.Maximize cost efficiency by negotiating with suppliers and vendors, including travel-related expenses, ensuring adherence to Porsche AG’s (PAG) quality standards while optimizing budgetary spending.Provide detailed financial reports to PME and NSC, ensuring transparency and compliance with both PAG and PME’s financial guidelines, including oversight of travel budgets, to support strategic decision-making.Team Leadership:Lead and develop the parts, Tequipment, and Lifestyle products team by setting clear, actionable goals that align with PME’s purchase targets and NSC’s retail objectives, ensuring team efforts directly contribute to business growth.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for both individual and team contributions, ensuring that performance is aligned with PME’s and NSC’s overall sales and revenue objectives.Implement structured performance reviews and feedback mechanisms to identify growth opportunities, ensuring the team remains agile and capable of meeting evolving business demands.New Product Initiatives:Collaborate with internal teams to successfully introduce and promote new Porsche Lifestyle products, Tequipment, and new models, ensuring seamless market entry aligned with Porsche Middle East (PME) and NSC’s regional strategies.Ensure that import clearances and all necessary testing for Porsche Lifestyle products comply with Indian regulations, coordinating with regulatory bodies to mitigate delays and ensure smooth product availability.Work closely with sales, marketing, and procurement teams to develop and execute launch plans that align with PME’s purchase targets and NSC’s retail objectives, ensuring new products meet both market demand and business performance expectations.For new model launches, ensure all required parts and Tequipment are available well in advance, with dealerships fully equipped to support both the initial launch and ongoing maintenance, ensuring smooth operations.Compliance & Reporting:Ensure full compliance with Porsche AG (PAG), Porsche Middle East (PME), NSC policies, and Indian regulatory requirements across all functions, including inventory management, procurement, and sales operations.Provide regular reports to senior management, including PME and NSC, on critical metrics such as inventory levels, sales performance, new model launch preparedness, and market trends, ensuring alignment with PAG’s global standards, PME’s purchase targets, and NSC’s retail objectives.Maintain precise and accurate records for parts, Tequipment, and Lifestyle products, ensuring adherence to PAG’s global standards and NSC’s regional guidelines for data accuracy and transparency in reporting.Market Analysis:Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, ensuring that all strategies are consistently aligned with Porsche AG (PAG), Porsche Middle East (PME), and NSC objectives.Monitor local and regional market dynamics, including shifts in customer behavior, emerging product trends, and competitive pricing strategies, to adjust plans and maintain Porsche's competitiveness while supporting efficient stock management to meet demand.Provide senior management with actionable insights on market trends and competitor activities, ensuring that stock levels for parts, Tequipment, Lifestyle products, and new model launches are optimized based on both current and projected market conditions.Customer Satisfaction:Collaborate closely with dealerships to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of parts, Tequipment, and Lifestyle products, enhancing customer service and consistently meeting the high standards set by Porsche AG (PAG), Porsche Middle East (PME), and NSC for customer satisfaction.Partner with the dealership network to swiftly resolve issues related to stock availability, delivery delays, damage claims, or parts warranty, ensuring that customer needs are addressed promptly and effectively.Ensure dealership staff are fully trained to handle damage claims and parts warranty processes, providing clear communication and fast resolution to maintain a seamless and premium customer experience.Continuously monitor customer feedback, including warranty and claim data.
