We are seeking a highly-motivated and results-oriented Senior Business Development Representative(BDR)/Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads for our Agentic AI Automation and Orchestration platform. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by generating a pipeline of qualified leads and nurturing relationships with prospective customers. Your goal will be to engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders, understand their requirements, and position our platform as the ideal choice.This is a remote position open for Bangalore (primary location); other locations could be Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad.Key Responsibilities:Conduct market research to identify target industries, organizations, personas, and decision makers. This position is for the US region.Utilize various lead generation methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events, to generate a steady flow of qualified leads.Engage with prospects to understand their requirements, challenges, and goals. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our platform and solutions and differentiation versus competitors.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers/accounts, guiding them through the sales cycle and addressing any questions or concerns.Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales team to hand off qualified leads and ensure a smooth transition.Continuously update and maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our platform and solutions.Requirements & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field. Preferably, at least three (3) years of professional experience in a B2B SaaS organization.At least four years of professional experience in lead generation, sales, or business development, ideally in Enterprise Software, SaaS or technology industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse audiences.Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities to convey the value of our platform and solutions and overcome objections.Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.Should be able to work in the US shift to do active prospecting during the US working hours.Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a larger team.Familiarity with Hubspot, SalesForce, and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.Exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.Travel to Bangalore for up to two days per month in case you are based in other locations.Why Join Us?Opportunity to lead high-impact marketing initiatives and be part of a global marketing team.Collaborative, fast-paced work environment.Competitive salary and benefits, and lucrative incentives.Growth and learning opportunities.How to Apply?Interested?
