The ideal candidate will have strong experience with our modern tech stack and a proven track record of rapidly delivering production-ready features and API integrations. You should be comfortable moving quickly from concept to implementation while maintaining high coding standards and working independently with minimal supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications using Next.js, React, JavaScript, and Node.jsEnhance our voice AI agent functionality for inbound/outbound callsDevelop and improve our web widget and text messaging featuresContribute to upcoming product features, including meeting booking systems and advanced API integrationsBuild automations that integrate our AI voice agent with third-party business workflows and systemsImplement AI solutions using modern frameworks and tools such as LangChain, OpenAI API, Claude, Grok, and other LLM platformsDeploy and maintain applications on VercelImplement and manage database solutions using SupabaseDesign and integrate APIs with various services and third-party platformsOptimize applications for performance, scalability, and securityCollaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement new featuresDeliver software from concept to production quickly without sacrificing qualityStay current with emerging technologies and best practicesQualifications6+ years of experience in full-stack development with React and Node.jsStrong proficiency with Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end development practicesExperience integrating AI capabilities through APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Grok, etc.)Familiarity with AI-powered development tools like Cursor or WindsurfExperience with Supabase or comparable database technologiesKnowledge of RESTful API design and implementationExperience with Vercel & Railway deployment and CI/CD pipelinesAbility to write clean, maintainable, and efficient codeStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and minimal supervisionExcellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple prioritiesQuick learner who can rapidly adapt to new technologies and requirementsProven ability to deliver results in fast-paced environmentsPreferred QualificationsExperience with TypeScriptFamiliarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker)Understanding of serverless architecturesExperience with real-time applications and WebSocket implementationsKnowledge of testing frameworks and methodologiesPrevious work with agile development methodologiesOpen-source contributions or personal projects demonstrating relevant skills
