The Core Platform is our secret sauce - it is an industry leadingBanking-As-A-Service multi-tenant multi-product middleware. It supports our solutions arounddigital onboarding and account opening, digital servicing, payments, fraud prevention, data andcustomer lifecycle management through a set of platform capabilities that enhance ourcompetitiveness. This role will be accountable for all aspects of the Core Platform - Extensibility(API and SDK solutions including the Dev. Portal and DX), Messaging (events and notificationssolutions), Connectors (core system and 3rd party solution connectors), channel platforms(mobile and desktop platforms and our platform configuration portal (for FI and internalconfiguration self-service). Over time, we expect this role to be responsible for a strategy thatturns these internal capabilities to market facing Platform-As-A-Service solutions that have aP&L and Go-To-Market strategy.In addition to their platform responsibilities, this role also serves as the co-country head of theProduct team in India in partnership with the VP of Technology. Alkami is growing its productand tech headcount rapidly in India’s Capability Center (GCC) and we expect the GCC to playan active role as a business function in running Alkami. In India, this VP of Product and the VPof Tech leaders will operate the Product and Technology engine in the India GCC. As the seniorproduct leader in India, this role is accountable for building the product teams in India to createan integrated global operating model, Alkami culture and talent management system.This is a unique ground-zero dual Product and co-country leader role. It is an end-to-end rolethat is responsible for one of the largest tech banking platforms and application marketplaces inthe US. By building the most versatile and capability rich platform and Banking-As-A-Servicesolutions, It will redefine how banks and software companies can bring Retail and Commercialbanking into a new era of innovation.This position will report directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) of Alkami, who is U.S. based.Key Responsibilities & DutiesManagement of the Platform and Partnerships function including the API dev platform,SDK toolkit, events and notifications, data capabilities, self-config portal, connectors Manage the Product team in India, drive talent acquisition and build out an integrated global operating model and Alkami cultureDesign and execute on the Product Strategy, including the execution of target market analysis, market segmentation, competitive landscape and comparative analysis, product-market-fit analysis, strategic business case creationManagement of the Product and Technology Operating Model, including roles and responsibilities, org and team structure, portfolio mgmt. and capacity planning, budget and forecastDelivery on the Product Roadmap by partnering with the Technology team on software development and release, and with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market execution Engage our Financial Institution clients to establish a feedback loop to inform the Product RoadmapWork with other Product leaders to incorporate their solutions into the Platform Manage the partners who help power our solutionsCollaborate on the corporate development strategy on acquiring the right capabilities to accelerate go-to-marketAttract, retain, coach, develop, inspire, and motivate a team of high performing product managers and product leaders while operating an exemplary product organizationQualifications:15+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 10+ years experience in the senior leadership, including a senior role reporting to a CXO or department leader 5+ years running or as as senior member of a GCC team in IndiaExperience in Agile operating models, Design ThinkingExperience managing client facing engagements and assisting with business development and salesDemonstrated expertise knowledge of how to build a platform strategy and execute on itProven experience delivering product in a B2B financial services marketExperience and background within the B2B Software as a Service industry (Saas) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related disciplines preferred Experience leading and driving organizational transformation, growth and scale Experience scaling a high-growth company’s product management organization Proven expertise in taking an established and talented Product Management team and practice to the next level of scale and impactProven product management skills, applied within segments of the payments ecosystem is a plusDemonstrated senior leadership and people leadership skillsHigh level of collaboration, influencing and negotiating capabilitiesExperience managing high growth products and teamsStrong strategic and persuasive communication and presentation skillsDesired Skills:Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesStrong organizational and project management skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressureProficiency with technology tools and platforms used in project management and communicationAbility to analyze data and determine themes and next best actionsExperience in data analysis and budget managementConsulting experience, with a focus on operations managementProven success in a project coordination roleNimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutionsStrong project-reporting skills, with focus on interdepartmental communications Passion for doing whatever it takes to solve complex problems and build scalable processesProven ability to quickly learn new thingsComfort working in a high-growth, constantly changing environmentExperience supporting global Engineering teamsTrack record of handling confidential information with the utmost sensitivityProven success in project coordination and reportingAbility to shift priorities quickly and act proactively, while maintaining organization and controlAbility to work collaboratively and efficiently with stakeholders throughout the organizationConcise written and verbal communicationAbility to work independently and deliver results with little supervision Detail and results-oriented;
