This role focuses on achieving high-quality production with minimal mould variety & also focusing on operations time by optimizing the cost of yard establishment, operation & maintenance.Key Responsibilities:Design automation solutions for a mobile precast yard featuring battery mould setups with integrated casting and curing processes.Engineer adjustable, multi-functional mould systems to produce diverse precast elements with minimal mould variations.Develop compact, modular designs to ensure ease of transportation and deployment of the mobile yard.Conceptualize and implement self-contained systems for mobile operations, including power supply, curing chambers, and robotic handling systems.Design systems to handle mould alignment, pouring, and vibration processes autonomously within the mobile setupIntegrate mechanical, electrical, and software systems to ensure seamless operation of the mobile yard.Implement IoT solutions for remote monitoring, diagnostics, and process controlUse simulation tools to test and validate the functionality of automated systems in mobile environments.Optimize the mobile yard setup for durability, efficiency, and consistent quality under varying site conditions.Using mechanical, computer, and electronic technology to develop solutions to problems.Improving existing precast production processes by implementing automation.Developing & building various precast production systems to better meet the specific mechanical or electrical needs for operations and maintenance of production system.
