Business Development Specialist (PCOS Focus)Location: RemoteJob Type: Full-Time / Part-TimeJob Description:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist with a strong focus on PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with potential clients, take 5-6 calls per day via Zoom, and convert them into long-term clients while promoting our services aimed at managing and supporting PCOS through lifestyle changes and wellness programs.Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement:Take 5-6 calls per day with potential clients via Zoom to discuss their needs and how our services can assist with managing PCOS.Provide information and educate clients about the benefits of lifestyle changes, nutrition, and wellness programs designed specifically for women with PCOS.Address client questions and concerns, demonstrating how our tailored solutions can help them manage symptoms and improve overall well-being.Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential clients, particularly women dealing with PCOS, through various channels.Develop and implement strategies to convert leads into clients, focusing on the value of our specialized programs.Build strong relationships with prospective clients and ensure consistent follow-up to close sales and increase client retention.Sales & Client Conversion: Utilize strong sales skills and persuasive communication to successfully close calls and convert leads into paying clients.Track and document client interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM tools.Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients, offering them a clear path to start their journey with us.Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with the team to develop marketing strategies and materials that highlight the unique benefits of our services for individuals with PCOS.Provide valuable feedback from consultations to help improve service offerings and tailor our approach to client needs.Qualifications:Strong understanding of PCOS and its impact on women’s health, including knowledge of the lifestyle, nutritional, and emotional support needed to manage symptoms.Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the health, wellness, or PCOS-related industries.Excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal form, with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients.Experience with Zoom and other virtual consultation platforms.Highly motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to meet and exceed client conversion targets.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.Salary - 20,000 + Incentives ( you can make 50-60k easily )Why Join Us?Opportunity to work in a meaningful field, supporting women’s health and wellness, particularly around PCOS management.
