OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB To be independently in-charge of spirit selection, blending and quality control.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for selection of spirits for the purpose of blending. Analysis of spirits and blends as per quality norms and standards. Implement quality control measures/ procedures for wet goods. Minimize storage and handling losses in wet goods.
