Company Description A reputed company in Gurgaon is looking for Inside Sales Associates in Gems and Jewellery vertical.Job Description- We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Associate to join our HNI Sales Team. This role is crucial to our growth strategy, focusing on high-value gemstones, diamonds, and fine jewelry. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of achieving high sales incentives in the gems and jewelry industry. Only candidates with a strong background in gems & jewelry sales and a history of earning substantial sales incentives will be considered. Candidates will be required to undergo a series of tests as part of the hiring process.Key Responsibilities- 1. Sales Performance & Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the luxury gemstone and jewellery segment. Identify and capitalize on opportunities within the high-net-worth individual (HNI) market. 2. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with affluent clientele by offering personalized services and investment-driven product insights. 3. Product Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of high-value gemstones, diamonds, and fine jewellery craftsmanship. Present and explain product quality, uniqueness, and investment potential to clients convincingly. 4. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the exclusivity and craftsmanship of our offerings. Address client queries and objections to facilitate smooth sales conversioQualifications Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation in Gems and Jeweller Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Proficiency in Account Management Effective communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the sales industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
