Collaborate with technical, sales, and product teams to draft responses. Ensure compliance with client specifications and company capabilities. Create pricing models and cost estimates with finance teams. Proposal Development : Write, format, and structure proposals in a professional manner. Ensure proposals align with branding and messaging standards. Customize templates to fit specific customer needs. Presentations & Decks : Design and developPowerPoint decksfor client meetings. Highlight product features, benefits, and differentiators. Work with graphic designers (if available) for visually appealing decks.Skills Required: Technical Writing– Ability to draft detailed, persuasive documents. Presentation & Design– Proficiency inPowerPoint and other tools . Project Management– Handling multiple RFQs simultaneously under tight deadlines. Analytical & Research Skills– Understanding market trends and competitor insights. Attention to Detail– Ensuring accuracy in financials, specifications, and contract terms. Collaboration & Communication– Working with diverse teams to gather information.
