We are looking for a strategic and visionaryChief Product Officer (CPO)to lead our product management, design, and innovation efforts. The CPO will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Product Vision & Strategy:Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with the company’s business goals. Product Roadmap & Development:Lead the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and products. Market & User Research:Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscapes to drive product decisions. Cross-functional Leadership:Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure product success. Innovation & Growth:Drive innovation, exploring new technologies and business opportunities to enhance product offerings. Team Leadership:Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing product team. Metrics & Performance:Define and track key product performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and impact. Requirements: Education:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. Skills: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Experience with Agile methodologies and product development frameworks. Deep understanding of customer experience and data-driven decision-making. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Industry- Specific Experience, e.g., SaaS. Proven track record of scaling products and driving business growth. Exposure to emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, or cloud computing.
