We are building a global SaaS-enabled marketplace for fast-growth SMB, mid-market, and enterprise customers that helps marketers manage all their activities ranging from content creation to workflow management and content distribution. We are looking for a Data Research & Lead Enrichment Specialist to support our SDR team by sourcing, verifying, and managing high-quality prospect data. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the SDR team to provide accurate and enriched lead data for outreach. Use tools like Lusha, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo.io to extract and verify contact details. Build, clean, and maintain a structured database of potential leads. Update and manage CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with accurate prospect information. Segment and categorize leads based on industry, company size, job title, and engagement levels . Validate email addresses and phone numbers to improve outreach effectiveness. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor insights, and new lead sourcing strategies. Track and analyze lead conversion rates, data accuracy, and outreach effectiveness to optimize lead generation efforts. Qualifications: Excellent verbal communication skills with confidence in cold calling and outbound marketing. Basic understanding of marketing concepts, including digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
