About the Role: At NoBroker we embrace brand insights, strategic thinking, and beautiful design and strive to create inventive experiences that will define NoBroker’s Design Journey. As part of this team, you will help to create experiences through graphic design, brand identities, and product experiences.  As a Graphic Designer for NoBroker Design Team, you will work with creative leadership to tell product/program stories through design. You will contribute to the development of the brand's Overall Visual Journey, and the design language that captures the character of NoBroker’s brand. You will work with a highly collaborative team to deliver designs, events, campaigns and experiences.  What You'll Do  Design and flex across a variety of projects under tight deadlines  Conceptualise and create designs for variety of mediums within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce the brand's style/voice through its visual touchpoint Creating icons, illustrations, banners and marketplace creatives for various events, festivals etc. Creating Festive UI Campaign Visual Design. Consulting with the Product Manager/Team and determining visual design preferences and expectations. Enhancing digital images , including the application of contrasts and gradients . Align visual designs with app functionalities.  Create user-centred original designs with use of colour palettes, shapes, typography etc.  Collaborates and brainstorm sessions with the team to formulate clear ideas and concepts .  A positive mindset and enthusiasm to do whatever it takes to get the job done  Flexible to work across various timelines based on the brand necessity  Organisational skills, accountability and attention to detail. Qualifications 4-6 years of experience in designing at a creative agency or in-house brand team  A diverse portfolio that shows a range of digital work – Website/App banners, digital manipulations, push notifications, Ad Banners, icons, illustrations etc.  Advanced understanding of Graphic Design, Typography, Layout, and Color  Calm under pressure and comfortable with ambiguity  Highly collaborative, organised, and a self-starter  Strong knowledge of Visual Designing for Apps/Website  A strong affliction towards international design standards, latest design trends and advancements in visual design industry
