Responsibilities:- Research and identify potential D2C brands, agencies, and startups for influencer marketing. - Utilize LinkedIn, email prospecting tools, and industry databases to generate and identify high-potential leads. - Conduct cold calls and email campaigns to introduce EchoX Media, explain the value of our exclusive creators, and pitch potential collaborations. - Create and send customized pitch decks and proposals based on campaign needs. - Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at brands and agencies. - Coordinate with internal teams and creators to ensure pitch alignment. - Close deals and negotiate rates, timelines, and deliverables. - Maintain a CRM/log of leads, follow-ups, and closures using tools like HubSpot or Salesforce. - Track performance against KPIs (e.g., outreach attempts, meetings scheduled, deals closed). - Report weekly on leads, pipeline, and campaign status. What We’re Looking For:- Strong communication and presentation skills. - 1–2 years of Sales/Business Development experience, particularly in cold outreach and lead generation. - Understanding of the influencer marketing ecosystem. - Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). - Good negotiation and follow-up skills. - Bonus: Experience working with creators or influencer marketing.
