For more information, visit Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from core banking systems to support business decision-making. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau for performance tracking and insights. Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with banking regulations and standards. Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement. Prepare visualizations, presentations, and reports to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. Stay updated with best practices in data analytics, visualization, and banking industry trends . Key Requirements: Proficiency in SQL (query writing, optimization, data extraction, and manipulation). Expertise in Tableau (dashboard creation, visual storytelling, performance optimization). Experience in banking or financial services analytics (risk management, customer segmentation, transaction analysis, etc.). Strong understanding of banking processes, KPIs, and compliance standards . Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics is a plus. Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts is advantageous.
