Talent Mapping & Proactive Sourcing: Research and identify talent pools in key skill areas aligned with client-specific requirements and market demands. Use job portals, internal databases, social media, and other sourcing channels to proactively engage with potential candidates before job openings arise. Develop and maintain a quality talent database that enables quick turnaround for business needs. 2. Candidate Engagement & Relationship Management: Initiate conversations with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and career aspirations and align them with potential future roles. Build long-term relationships with passive candidates and maintain engagement through regular follow-ups, career discussions, and updates on job market trends. Act as a trusted advisor to candidates, helping them navigate career opportunities and offering insights into industry trends. 3. Collaboration with Talent Specialists (Reactive Recruiters): Partner with Talent Specialists to enable faster fulfillment of live job openings by providing a pre-screened talent pipeline. Share market intelligence, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability insights with the team to enhance hiring effectiveness. Assist in converting proactive talent pools into active job seekers when demand arises. 4. Market & Industry Research: Keep track of market trends, in-demand skill sets, and competitor hiring activities to provide insights that drive proactive sourcing strategies. Develop deep expertise in specific skill categories and geographies to enhance talent scouting efficiency.
