Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Employee Health & Benefits team at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd . This role will be based in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Gurugram, Hyderabad. Assistant Vice President / Vice President– Employee Health & Benefits We will count on you to: Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, providing consultative support throughout the ‘Manage & Use,’ ‘Guide & Deploy,’ and ‘Adapt & Resolve’ phases of the client journey. Collaborate with the global Client Managers to jointly manage Enterprise clients, while leading local client relationships. Ensure achievement of client retention, pulse, and revenue targets. Cultivate relationships with all key decision-makers at client organizations. Proactively engage with all Marsh McLennan delivery teams to ensure cohesive service delivery to clients. Manage and communicate all actions, issues, and projects through action logs, scoping documents, and regular client calls. Actively listen to clients to identify challenges and create and implement effective solutions. Serve as the internal champion for clients, owning client issues until resolution. As the operational lead, the Retention Manager is ultimately accountable for service delivery to our clients. Coordinate all client planning activities with the Project Manager and track service milestones to ensure we deliver and report achievements back to clients. Prepare for and attend client meetings as required. Provide technical guidance, best practice advice, and management information regarding the use of our SaaS product, including competitive comparisons, trend analysis, and sharing personal insights. Assist with client events and initiatives. Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the client service experience and maximize their pulse score. What you need to have: A minimum of 7 years of key account management experience in a multinational environment. Experience in employee benefits or related industries (such as Human Capital Management) is preferred. An MBA degree. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). What makes you stand out?
